Our pizza is true Italian style: hand stretched, thin crust, and traditionally crispy. Our house blend mozzarella is our own secret blend. Our crust is lightly touched with our very special dirty water seasoning. We brew our very own Dirty Water IPA: our dough is made with it! We do our best to source our ingredients locally. All our meats are roasted in house using mom’s recipes.
